2024-2025 Afterschool Program Registration
Kindergarten Afterschool Registration is NOW open!
Please submit your 2024-2025 information form along with the $75 new student registration fee. You may either drop them off at Aldersgate or Email Evelyn – evie@aldersgate.org and there will be a link to pay online.
1st through 8th grade registration opens on April 1, 2024.
With the new districting of Durham Public Schools it is my understanding that any Magnet school in the Northern district will bus to Aldersgate along with our base school Eno Valley and Excelsior.

Aldersgate Intersession Camp – Spring 2024
Spring Intersession is fast approaching!
Intersession will be held March 18th thru April 5th.
Camp sign up is open on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your child a spot, a completed registration form and a 50% non refundable, non transferrable deposit must be turned in to the Afterschool office or emailed to Evelyn Johnson.
As a reminder, camp hours are from 7:30am -6:00 pm.
Themes for Spring Intersession:
Week 1: Mad Scientist Week March 18 – 22
There will be lots of experiments and fun making messes.
$210 child 1 / $200 sibs / families who attend Afterschool
$230 child 1/ $220 sibs / Community families
Week 2: Easter Eggstravaganza March 25 – 28
Our week will have lots of exciting Easter and Spring crafts and activities.
We will have an Easter egg hunt on Thursday.
Camp will be closed March 29 – for Good Friday.

Week 3: Animal Safari April 1 – 5
We will have crafts, games and activities all about animals. And even some live animal
visitors.

Aldersgate Weekday Ministries strives to provide a Christian summer camp program to children who are rising Kindergarten thru rising 6th grade.

Our After School program is for children in grades Kindergarten to 8th grade. The Durham Public Schools transportation department provides transportation for the children from the schools to our location. Each class has twenty children with two teachers. The classes rotate to different activities throughout the afternoon including: playground, snack, homework, and gym for organized group games. We also provide afternoon snacks each day. All of our staff are CPR certified and first aid trained.
